The URL of your pcn.cockpit® must be added to your trusted sites. 

Do the following in your Internet Explorer:

1. Choose menu Tools > Internet Options
2. Choose the Security tab
3. Chose zone Trusted Sites
4. Klick on the button Sites and it will open another window
5. Type the URL of your pcn.cockpit® into the textbox Add this website to the zone and click the button Add
6. Close the window by clicking the button Close
7. Close Internet Options by OK
